An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a junior Corporate Associate to join the London office of an elite US law firm.
The team has built a market-leading reputation advising private equity sponsors, financial investors and corporates on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular strength across private equity investments, public and private M&A, distressed acquisitions, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate aspects of restructurings.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on high-profile domestic and cross-border private equity investments, M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
- Assist with the execution of complex transactions, including drafting, due diligence, transaction management and negotiations.
- Work directly with clients and senior lawyers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare and review transaction documentation, legal research and corporate filings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent common law qualification).
- Class of 2023 or 2024 (or equivalent post-qualification experience).
- Experience gained within a leading Corporate, M&A and/or Private Equity practice.
- Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional environment.
