Senior Legal Counsel
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading in-house organisation in Abu Dhabi, working closely with senior leadership, advising on international projects and play an important role with a high impact legal function.
You will be working with a successful legal team advising on a myriad of banking & finance transactions with a local and international scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, having trained with a leading international law firm in a common-law jurisdiction.
- Have extensive experience advising on banking & financial transactions with a focus on Islamic finance, conventional finance, project finance and capital markets.
- Have an understanding of the ADGM legal framework.
- Have experience working with an in-house organisation within the financial services sector.
