Senior Lawyer (M&A)

We are working with a leading, well-capitalised investment platform based in Abu Dhabi. The organisation has a strong track record of executing high-value, complex transactions across multiple sectors and continues to grow its international presence.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-calibre in-house legal team, offering exposure to a broad range of corporate and M&A work. The role provides strong deal flow, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
- Advise stakeholders on legal and transactional matters
- Manage external counsel across jurisdictions
- Assist with post-deal integration and ongoing corporate governance
Requirements
- 10 + years post-qualified
- Must have top international law firm or in-house experience
- M&A / Corporate background
- Financial Services experience is strongly preferred
- Need to be strong and able to step into a GC role in the coming 2-3 years
- Must live in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate
