Legal Counsel
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Diversified Conglomerate in the UAE who are a looking for a Legal Counsel to their established legal team. You will be working directly with the General Counsel and will be advising on a mixture of M&A and real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Counsel, internal stakeholders and external advisors to support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives
- Provide legal support across divisions without dedicated in-house coverage, ensuring consistent and effective legal input across the business
Requirements
- You must be 4+ PQE with international law firm experience
- You must have experience advising on M&A and/or real estate matters
- You must have excellent drafting & transactional skills
- You must be based in the UAE
