Senior Legal Counsel
Overview
We’re working with a leading global digital infrastructure and energy business in their search for a new Senior Legal Counsel. The role requires someone with 8 or more years experience working across energy or construction matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the negotiation, drafting and review of complex energy and infrastructure agreements, including connection agreements, power agreements and related commercial contracts.
- Advise on energy regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the business on energy market participation and risk management.
Requirements
- 8+ years PQE
- Front-End Construction / Procurement or Energy
- Admitted in Australia
- Background from a top-tier Australian or international energy practice, combined with in-house exposure
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
